Owner Vanessa Falcone.
Vanessa was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. Her family is from Rome, Italy. Vanessa learned the art of pasta manufacturing while living in Italy for five years as well as making pasta from scratch at home during her adolescence with her grandmother. When she moved back to Orlando in 2013, she brought all her pasta equipment from Italy and decided to open up Trevi Pasta in the heart of College
Park so that she could offer an array of fresh pasta for retail and to serve on premises. Since then she has been offering fresh pasta to many patrons seeking authentic pastas. Her fresh pastas were sought out from top chefs and she now provides fresh pasta wholesale to fine dining restaurants throughout Central Florida and other venues nationwide. Her mission is to work closely with chefs and help them enhance their menus with unique pasta flavors and specialty cuts.
